You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return if the product does not meet your expectations or has a defect.

How to make a return

Email retours@barka.cm with your order number and photos of the product.

Approval
Our team reviews your request and replies within 48 hours with return instructions.

Shipping
Pack the product carefully and send it to the address provided. Return costs are yours unless the error was ours.

Refund
Once the product has been received and checked, the refund is issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Handmade products may show slight variations in colour, size or pattern compared with the photos. These variations reflect the unique, handmade nature of each piece and are not grounds for a return.
